Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable.

THOSE JOINING FOR THE FIRST TIME — Rates prorate quarterly on Oct 1 ($420), Jan 1 ($280), and Apr 1 ($140). You will be given a credit for the prorated amount manually if you choose to join online. The credit will process back to your card for the difference of the prorated membership. You may also call the OCDLA office at (541) 686-8716 and have your new membership processed over the phone for the correct prorated amount.
