Annual membership dues run from July 1 through June 30 and include sustaining member certificate and special recognition in the Membership Directory and The Oregon Defense Attorney journal. Sustaining members also receive access to the Library of Defense, the weekly Criminal Appellate Review, free monthly appellate perspective podcast, a free Legislative Analysis (PDF version) after each legislative session, and publication and seminar discounts.

Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable.

THOSE JOINING FOR THE FIRST TIME — Rates prorate quarterly on Oct 1 ($420), Jan 1 ($280), and Apr 1 ($140). You will be given a credit for the prorated amount manually if you choose to join online. The credit will process back to your card for the difference of the prorated membership. You may also call the OCDLA office at (541) 686-8716 and have your new membership processed over the phone for the correct prorated amount.
