Annual membership dues run from July 1 through June 30 and include The Oregon Defense Attorney journal, access to the Library of Defense, publication discounts, CLE seminar discounts, a free Legislative Analysis (PDF version) after each legislative session, weekly Criminal Appellate Review, membership directory, expert witness database access, Capital Defenders Group member eligibility, members-only brief bank, members-only email list servs. Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable.

A law student must have an email from one of the three accredited law schools - Willamette University School of Law, Lewis & Clark Law School or the University of Oregon School of Law.

Law Student memberships are not prorated.
