Three hours of continuing legal education tailored for juvenile defense attorneys in conjunction with one of OCDLA’s premier CLEs—the Winter Conference at the Benson Hotel in Portland! Sign up for this stand alone event or combine it with the Winter Conference Forensics Program. (Note: this workshop is separate from Winter Conference Forensics CLE. A separate registration is required for the workshop or the Forensics CLE or a combination ticket can be purchased for entrance to both events).

Registration for workshop and Winter Conference authorizes attendance for both presentations and respective meal(s) and break refreshments. Attendance at the Ken Morrow Award dinner is a separate and additional cost.

The Waiver Statute & Appellate Update CLE presentation will be the only presentation in this workshop that will be audio recorded and made available to those OCDLA members who register and are unable to attend. Please review the Cancellation and No-show Policies, below.  As with all OCDLA CLE Archives, purchases may be made by OCDLA members only.

Cancellations (pertaining to a standalone Juvenile Waiver Workshop registration)
Cancellations made before December 1 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after December 1 — once material download link has been emailed — will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation/written material fee. 

No-show policy: Written materials are emailed in advance to all participants. Access to recordings will be made available to OCDLA members only; nonmembers who do not attend are ineligible to receive audio recordings or a refund.

Parking — For those staying at the Benson the overnight valet parking rate is $39 per day (special OCDLA rate, regularly $49). For those not staying at the Benson the parking rate is $9 per hour (with a special OCDLA rate of $25 maximum per day) and an OCDLA flat rate of $9 after 6 pm. Be sure to tell valet you are with OCDLA to get the rate.
