The elements that go into calculating DOC sentences
       The importance of words in the judgment like:
              sentence length
              sentence structure

              program eligibility

Cancellations
Seminar cancellations made before May 19 (date material is emailed) will receive a refund less a $10 cancellation fee.
After May 19 there are no refunds. Members will receive access to the video recording if they are not able to attend.

No-show Policy
Written materials are sent in advance to all participants. No-shows who are OCDLA members will have access to view the recording after the CLE. Recordings are available to OCDLA members only; nonmembers who do not attend are ineligible to receive recordings or a refund.
