New Lawyers: Special Half-day DUII Trial Practice Workshop | 9a-12p Friday, March 4 DUII Defense Skills for New Lawyers Ben Eder An intense half-day skills workshop teaching new lawyers how to prepare for DMV hearings, prepare motions to suppress, and try cases to juries. Limited to 20 lawyers. To attend, you must register for the DUII Defense Seminar March 4–5, 2022, and be a member of the bar four years or less. COVID-19 POLICY The Board of Directors has decided that proof of vaccination and booster (if eligible) or a certified negative COVID-19 test result pursuant to CDC guidelines will be required to attend this CLE and related events. Masks are required at this event except when participants are eating or drinking. OCDLA has discretion to modify this policy with the consent of attendees for academic-related reasons.
