Andy Robinson and Josh Crowther will be handling the general appellate update this month.
Emily Seltzer will drop by to discuss her case State v. Cruse, and the legislative implications it might have on restitution.
Neil Byl will stop by to talk about his case, State v. Shedrick, and the state of mental states. Both those issues, restitution and mental states, are hot topics at the moment.
Join OPDS Appellate Division attorneys every fourth Friday of the month from noon to 1 PM for a recap of key appellate decisions issued that month, and tips on how you can use those decisions to better represent your clients.
Designed as an ongoing discussion series, these "fermentations" will not provide written materials or CLE credit. _______
