Prior to being a program manager, he was a patrol Sergeant for the Salem Area Command for more than 6 years. He has more than 23 years of law enforcement experience with city, county, and now a state agency. Kevin was a part of OSP’s Collision Reconstruction unit and a multi-agency crash team for 17 years in and around the Salem area.
