OCDLA BOCCE BALL Tournament
DATE: Friday, November 9
TIME: 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Grand Hyatt Kauai, HI
The SIXTH ANNUAL Bocce Ball tournament will be held in conjunction with the wonderful 2018 Sunny Climate Seminar. All seminar attendees, friends, and family are welcome to play!
REGISTRATION FEE: $45 adults, $20 children (ages 7–14).
Registration fee includes one complimentary drink.
A reception featuring the California-based band Decades follows the tournament.
Register by Thursday, November 1 if you intend to play.
BENEFITS: All proceeds benefit the OCDLA Scholarship Fund.
WHAT IS BOCCE BALL?
In teams of four, each person rolls their large bocce ball towards the small pollina or “pea-ball.” Think lawn bowling. The team that gets closest to the pollina earns points (up to 4 per round, 1 point per player). The first team to 11 wins and, best yet, everyone can play!
Teams of four are assigned by OCDLA. Parent with child ok.
