Scholarship Assistance — ABA Death Penalty Representation Project
Once again the ABA Death Penalty Representation Project will provide scholarship assistance to OCDLA members involved in or thinking about getting involved in capital defense work but without the means to attend this seminar. If you qualify or know of other individuals, please apply by sending an email our info line.

Who may attend?

This program is open only to defense lawyers and those professionals and law students directly involved in the defense function & who are not involved in state or federal prosecutions (as attorney, investigator, expert, consultant, or in any other capacity). Written & audio seminar materials are licensed to participants for use in the defense of criminal cases only; any other use or distribution is a violation of copyright laws & the user's ethical obligation. Individuals registering for the program or ordering pro-gram materials are agreeing to abide by this understanding & keep all information privileged.

Cancellations

Seminar cancellations made before October 21 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Oct. 21—once material download link has been emailed—will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation/written material fee. No-show Policy: Written materials link sent in advance to all registrants. MP3 audio recordings will be sent to OCDLA members only; nonmembers who do not attend are not eligible to receive the audio recordings or a refund.
