What’s this about a FREE Trial Notebook PDF
It’s true, and it’s a SPECIAL DEAL for OCDLA members only. Members will get a free Trial Notebook PDF with their Z is for Zealous seminar written materials.

Edited by Robert S. Raschio, the Trial Notebook will help you HONE YOUR SKILLS. And combined with the EXPERTISE of our Z is for Zealous speakers you’ll soon RULE THE COURTROOM.

The chapter on electronic evidence unravels the admissibility of email, text messages and social network data. Need to know how to subpoena an out-of-state witness? It’s in there. Want to blast the DDAs on prosecutorial vouching case law? You got it. Want the best damn discovery checklist and rundown of digital discovery basics at your fingertips? You’re covered.

The PDF contains hyperlinks to caselaw, relevant statutes, the rules of evidence, and more.

The Trial Notebook offers hundreds of cases, dozens of new motions, tons of resources, and will spark new, creative approaches to your case work no matter how long you’ve been in the game.

The Trial Notebook works in chronological order, from discovery to demurrers and motions, to preparation for and conducting the trial. It spans jury selection through possible post-trial motions. The Trial Notebook will become an indispensable tool in your arsenal.
