Barton — Sentencing for SeniorsThis portion will address several complex sentencing issues, as well as provide an overview of “criminomics” and “mass incarceration as a tool of oppression.” 4:45 | CLE Adjourns 4:45 | Happy Hour at the OCDLA office! CLE credit — a total of three hours of credit will be requested in Oregon — two hours of practical skills credit (or general) for the Sentencing for Sophomores portion and one hour of general credit for the Sentencing for Seniors portion in Oregon. Space is limited to 30 in the Eugene office. Registrants may request the recording of the entire webinar after the seminar.
